1. 7-Day Easy Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or has missing parts.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process return or refund claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package.

This video is required to verify:

  • Damage during delivery

  • Missing items

  • Manufacturing defect

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to approve returns or refunds.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The customer does not like the product or has changed their mind.

  • Physical damage caused by customer mishandling.

  • Missing unboxing video evidence.

  • Issues not related to a manufacturing defect.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or damage.

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of valid damage/defect claims (verified through unboxing video), Plinnk.com will provide return instructions.

  • Products must be securely packed for return transit.

6. Warranty

  • Any product-specific warranty will be covered by the manufacturer or supplier as per their terms.

  • Plinnk.com is not responsible for warranty claims beyond the return window.
